SK Design Group provided the initial engineering studies for water, storm drainage, sanitary sewer and access for this $40 million, 37-acre community. SK Design Group assisted in the masterplanning and subsequently provided the civil design services for the project. The community includes a three story, 108,000 square foot independent living apartment building for the elderly, a two story, 38,000 square foot assisted living building, a 22,000 square foot skilled nursing wing, a two story 15,000 square foot Alzheimer’s building and a 18,000 square foot Town Center shared lease building. The masterplan also includes several future independent living duplexes on the site.
